About the Group

Hamilton & Co is a Real Estate Management Group operating in Central and Eastern European countries since 1996, originally trading as Domus and now as Hamilton & Co.

In 2005, the company was taken over by a reputable French family to manage their own investments in the region together with third party funds. The company currently operates through offices in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland with staff numbering over 50. The Group also has a representative office in Serbia and Ukraine and is following the Hungarian market from its Slovak office.

The Group is involved in asset management, accounting, book keeping, real estate agency, engineering and design. It also performs facility and property management services through its dedicated subsidiary, Domus Group.

At the end of 2011, the Group manages close to 400,000 sqm of residential, commercial and office assets, and more than 20 development projects ranging from 300 sqm to 120,000 sqm.

Our Services

We perform the following services:

• Asset Management: With 15 years experience in Eastern Europe, Hamilton & Co has developed a real know-how in sourcing and optimizing assets through complete renovation or restructuring. The asset Management team is supported by an in-house team of accountants and lawyers enabling Hamilton & Co to offer a complete package.
• Real Estate Agency: In collaboration with the property management team, the agency team participates actively in maintaining the occupancy rate of the properties at the highest level at all times for the least cost.
• Facility & Property Management: The Domus Group, operating since 1996 as Property and Facility Manager, has a skilled team focused on addressing technical issues. It always seek costs reductions whilst enhancing the long-term value of the asset under management. Domus manages buildings from 250 sqm to 8,000 sqm.
• Engineering and Development: Hamilton & Co has an experienced team or in-house engineers which allows the Group to work on small projects suchas a renovation of a 300 sqm building up to the development of a complete residence of 11 hectares.
